Following several dry days, brief showers are possible this weekend from Berlin to Dresden and Munich.
While there will be a threat for showers on both Saturday and Sunday, much of the weekend will be dry in any given location.
Any showers will generally be light and last for 30 minutes or less each day.

While an umbrella might not be necessary for all areas, jackets will still be needed as temperatures will be seasonably cool during the day and chilly at night.
Low temperatures will reach 0-2 C (32-36 F) in the cities but fall below 0 C (32 F) in outlying areas.
As temperatures fall during the night, showers can mix with snow; however, little or no accumulation is expected.
High pressure that brought the recent dry weather will remain in control of western Germany, resulting in a good weekend for outdoor activities from Hamburg to Frankfurt and Stuttgart.

Along with the dry weather, each day will feature at least some sunshine. Temperatures will be seasonable with highs ranging from 8-10 C (46-50 F).
High pressure will remain anchored just northwest of Germany early next week, promoting dry weather across northern and western areas.
There will continue to be a threat for brief showers from Dresden to Munich from Monday into Wednesday.
