After the weather smiles on the region for Election Day and the middle of the week, a storm will move in Thursday, followed by a quick shot of chilly air for the Philadelphia area.
Temperatures will climb well into the 60s at midweek and will combined with at least partial sunshine.
A storm is forecast to move into the region on Thursday. The storm has the potential to bring travel delays and the risk of poor drainage area flooding.

At the very least, Thursday will bring umbrella weather. Find out when the rain will affect your commute by checking the AccuWeather MinuteCast® for your exact location. Type in your city name, select MinuteCast, and input your street address. On mobile, you can also use your GPS location.
The storm later this week will not pack the wind and cold air of the storm this past weekend. However, it will bring a day or so of blustery and chilly conditions.
Temperatures are forecast to again moderate during the first part of next week, ahead of a more significant blast of cold air toward the middle of the month.

Agree with fellow meteorologist Elliot Abrams that weather pattern will be quiet turbulent in east. N_Amer the next 10 days. Sign of winter?
