Live Blog: Snowstorm Continues to Slam New England Amid Thousands of Thanksgiving Travel Delays

November 26,2014; 10:27PM,EST

A storm with rain and heavy snow is stretching across the East Coast, continuing to cause delays for Thanksgiving travelers.
The heaviest snow will continue through Maine and interior New England through the night.
"Some places in Maine could see up to or more than 1 foot of snow for the storm's total," AccuWeather.com Meteorologist Dave Samuhel said.
The heavy, wet nature of the snow may cause downed trees and power lines, he added.
