A blast of colder air is set to invade Chicago to start the week.
After a high Monday of about 20 degrees, it will be frigid Monday night with a low of 2 Fahrenheit. The RealFeel® temperature is expected to be about minus 5 degrees, with winds up to 14 mph.

Temperatures will moderate to about 30 degrees on Christmas Day with a couple of snow showers, but a reinforcing shot of cold air will send the temperature back into the teens during the day and the single digits at night.
