After a snowy Christmas Day, Chicago will get a break from the white stuff through the remainder of the week.
Temperatures on Thursday will fall into the upper teens, with partial sunshine. The air will feel frigid before warmer days arrive for the weekend.

Friday will warm into the upper 20s and Saturday into the upper 30s. Both days will feature sunny skies and will be snow-free.
More snow is in the offing for next week as temperatures fluctuate between the 20s and the single digits. The cold will arrive in time for the New Year.
