After ending the weekend on a slick note, more cold air will dominate weather headlines in Detroit this week.
Some untreated roads and sidewalks will stay slippery through Monday morning as a bit of snow and freezing drizzle persists.
A dry afternoon will follow for Monday a high of 33 F.
Fresh cold will arrive Monday night through Tuesday, causing temperatures on Tuesday to struggle to reach the upper 20s degrees. The same can be said for Wednesday and Thursday.
A couple of snow showers are also possible Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday.
