Despite cold temperatures on Tuesday, temperatures will warm up a bit everyday until highs near 70 F on Friday.
While clouds will yield to some sunshine on Tuesday, temperatures will be quite cold, reaching only the mid-30s during the daytime. Overnight temperatures will drop down into the teens, bringing dangerous cold to the city.
Temperatures will jump close to ten degrees on Wednesday, getting close to 50 degrees, accompanied by mostly sunny skies.
On Thursday, warmth will return to the city, providing some relief from the cold.
Thursday and Friday high temperatures will near 70 degrees, as the sun is prominent in the sky. However, for those looking to spend some time outdoors, Thursday will be the better day as some clouds may block out some sunshine on Friday.

The weekend will be a bit cooler as temperatures fall back down into the low 50s.
Saturday will feature partial sunshine but Sunday will be cloudy with a possible shower or two.
Headed into next week, the beginning of the week will bring some rain to the city.
