While abnormally cold air will hit the city late week, temperatures will rebound back into the 60s right in time for the weekend.
Although Wednesday will be relatively normal for Dallas with temperatures around 60 F, highs will plummet nearly 30 F on Thursday.
It will be much colder on Thursday and Friday in the city, as temperatures hover around 35 F.
Thursday night will prove to be the coldest night of the week, as temperatures overnight plummet into the teens.
While the temperature on Friday will be about the same as Thursday, the air may feel a bit warmer due to partly sunny skies in the area.
On Saturday, warmth will return to the city along with plenty of sunshine, as temperatures reach into the 60s for the start of the weekend.

Temperatures Sunday and Monday will continue to increase, nearing 70 F Monday afternoon. Plenty of sunshine is in store for the city both days.
Heading into next week, sunshine will be aplenty in Dallas, as temperatures hover between the mid-50s and 60s.
