Philly: Return of Cold Weather to Last Through Black Friday

Following the disruptive storm from Tuesday and Wednesday, dry, cold weather will return to Philadelphia on Thanksgiving Day and last into the weekend.
Be alert for icy spots through Thanksgiving morning as plunging temperatures will have caused some untreated wet areas to freeze before drying off. It did not have to snow at your location for this to happen.
A bright, but blustery and cold Thanksgiving Day is in store for the region with good travel conditions in store locally and over much of the nation.

While early Black Friday shoppers venturing out will have to face the cold weather, winds should be light Friday through the weekend and storms will stay away.
Temperatures are forecast to trend upward Saturday and Sunday but will still average well below normal for the end of November and early December.
