Even though autumn doesn't begin until Wednesday, Tuesday is already going to have the feel of the coming season as a chilly wind and rainfall stretch from the United Kingdom to France and Germany.
Low pressure over the North Sea will spread rainfall across much of the United Kingdom for the second straight day on Tuesday. A thundery rain will spread from northern France, Netherlands and Belgium into Germany.
A couple of showers will dampen the day at times in London, while a gusty northwest winds makes it feel close to 10 C (50 F).

The weather will improve on Wednesday, with a mixture of clouds and sunshine and more seasonable temperatures as the high reaches 17 C (63 F).
Paris will escape the heaviest rainfall; however, several showers are expected on Tuesday along with a chilly wind. While the high temperature will reach 15 or 16 C (around 60 F), it will feel closer to 10 C (50 F) with the combination of showers and gusty winds.
While there could be a brief shower on Wednesday, dry weather will prevail for most of the day in Paris.
Widespread Rainfall and Cool Temperatures
Locations such as Brussels, Amsterdam and Frankfurt will experience rain and perhaps a few rumbles of thunder on Tuesday followed by more isolated showers on Wednesday.
