Following a wet Saturday, a drier end to the weekend is shaping up for Philadelphia before a tease of spring warmth kicks off the new week.
Saturday's rain will be replaced with gusty winds ushering in drier air on Sunday. Residents will occasionally get a glimpse of sunshine.
While actual temperatures will be near the normal high of 52 F, the winds will hold AccuWeather.com RealFeel® temperatures to the lower 40s.
Monday is shaping up to be the nicest day of the new week as the winds calm and some more sunshine returns. Temperatures will rise to the 60-degree mark, making the day feel more like early April.

Monday's warmth, however, will only be a tease for residents wishing to put a nail in the coffin on winter.

The passage of a cold front will cause the air to turn progressively cooler Tuesday through Wednesday. The middle of the new week will feel more like a typical February day with temperatures only rising to the lower 40s and much lower AccuWeather.com RealFeel® temperatures.
The new week is likely to be a preview of what is to come during the next several weeks.

"While there could be a day or two of warmth ahead of any cold front, the weather pattern is not favoring any sustained warmth across the East into April," stated AccuWeather.com Meteorologist Mark Paquette. "There can even be some really chilly shots as well."
