DC, Baltimore: New Week to Feature More Milder Days

Sunday's rebound in temperatures will preview the theme for the upcoming week--more mild than chilly days for the Washington, D.C., and Baltimore areas.
The biting winds, chill and even flurries from Saturday will be replaced by sunshine and less wind.
In comparison to Saturday, AccuWeather.com RealFeel® temperatures will increase by 20 to 25 degrees and actual temperatures will be about 10 degrees higher.
However, both temperature readings will remain below normal. Average temperatures in late March range from lows in the upper 30s and lower 40s to highs in the upper 50s and lower 60s.

Temperatures will finally rebound back to more seasonable levels on Monday as a storm system kicks up gusty winds and struggles to produce a rain shower in the morning.
On the heels of this system will be another set to spread a narrow and quick-hitting band of snow from the Upper Midwest to the Northeast on Tuesday.

Latest indications point toward Washington, D.C., and Baltimore remaining on the warm side of this storm. AccuWeather.com meteorologists will be monitoring the potential for the system to take a more southward track and drop rain south of the Mason-Dixon line.
The cooler air following Tuesday's system at midweek will pale in comparison to this weekend's chill. Temperatures on Wednesday should only be held a few degrees below normal. After the cold this weekend and with sunshine in the forecast, most residents will likely view Wednesday as a comfortable day.

Another surge of warmth will follow for Thursday with another cool shot potentially in the works for Easter weekend.
