Tropical Depression Thirteen-E Forms Well Southwest of Mexico

Tropical Depression Thirteen-E has formed well southwest of Mexico and is expected to become a tropical storm on Thursday.
This new system is no threat to any land areas at this time.
Here's the latest from the National Hurricane Center:
  • Tropical Depression Thirteen-E was located nearly 500 miles west-southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico, as of Wednesday night.
  • The depression is forecast to strengthen into Tropical Storm Lester on Thursday.
  • This new system is no threat to any land areas at this time.
