Severe Thunderstorms, Heavy Rain Threaten Midwest Again Thursday

August 24,2016
A cold front will push through the Ohio Valley and Great Lakes into Thursday, sparking strong to severe thunderstorms in parts of those regions. The storms could pack damaging wind gusts, along with heavy rain which may cause flash flooding. An isolated tornado can't be ruled out, but is unlikely.
Dozens of tornadoes were reported in Indiana and Ohio Wednesday afternoon and evening, and major damage occurred in the town of Kokomo, Indiana.
