Drier weather will remain in Seattle for much of the week before the chance for rain returns late in the holiday weekend.
"There will be dry weather across the Pacific Northwest, including in Seattle, on Wednesday with a partly sunny sky and highs a few degrees above average near 70," AccuWeather.com Meteorologist Brian Edwards said.
A feed of Pacific Moisture will stay to the north of Seattle through Thursday, but more clouds will stream in from the west.

High temperatures on Thursday will reach 75.
"A front will drop in from the northwest late Thursday night into Friday bringing some rain and drizzle to the area," he said.
It'll be cooler on Friday with highs around 70. A few breaks of sun likely to start the weekend with near-normal temperatures.
Rain chances return on Sunday.
