Mild weather will hold around Philadelphia through Monday before rain ushers in noticeably cooler air.
Just like over the weekend, jackets can once again be left at home on Monday with temperatures set to rise into upper 70s.
Those along the Delaware Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, however, may think otherwise with about the jacket advice.
Typical of spring, wind blowing in from the chilly Atlantic Ocean will keep these communities, mainly those along south-facing shorelines, significantly cooler.

Monday's warmth will occur despite clouds winning out over sunshine, but dry weather will hold.
Rain will return and the mild spell will dramatically end on Tuesday as a blast of colder air sweeping in from the Plains arrives. The heaviest rain will pour down in the afternoon.

Residents should not get excited about viewing the lunar eclipse early Tuesday morning due to clouds and a couple of showers that will precede the steadier rain.
While Tuesday's rain is not expected to cause widespread flooding issues around the city, postponements to outdoor activities and slow travel are likely to result.

The rain will prevent temperatures on Tuesday from rising out of the lower 60s. In fact, temperatures will fall into 50s in the afternoon.
An even colder Wednesday will unfold despite the departure of the rain and plenty of sun shining. Temperatures will struggle to climb into the lower 50s.
As the chilly air settles in, subfreezing overnight low temperatures should return to the northern and western suburbs Tuesday night. Frost issues in the suburbs may follow for Wednesday night.
More seasonable highs are expected by Friday.
