After temperatures rebounded over the weekend, the warm weather will continue through the start of the week.
However, while a shower could come through the area Sunday morning, the rain is not expected to alleviate the ongoing drought.
AccuWeather.com Meteorologist Joseph McCormick said temperatures will rise above normal by Monday.
"Through the weekend, we'll see it gradually warming, but it's not looking great as far as rain," he said.
