Midweek Warmup Expected for Minneapolis

Above-normal temperatures will continue to be the rule around the Minneapolis area, but it will be noticeably warmer by midweek.
Temperatures this time of year are in the low 50s in Minneapolis.
Fans will need their jackets for Monday afternoon's home opener for the Minnesota Twins against the Oakland A's at Target Field. A brief shower or two are possible with a high around 55 degrees F.

Temperatures for the rest of the Twins' homestand will rise through the week.
Wednesday will be the warmest day of the week with a high near 70 F.
Thursday will be cooler with a chance of a spotty afternoon shower, but the high temperature will be slightly above normal around 60 F.
It will continue to stay mild through the end of the week with highs in the low 60s, but there is a chance of rain on Saturday.
