Yellow day in the Northeast caused by forest fire smoke in Michigan - candles needed at noon.
Richmond, VA (1993)
A tornado slammed into the city, severely damaging a Wal Mart store, killing 6 people and injuring 200 others.
Milwaukee, WI (1986)
Just shy of 7" of rain (4.88" in 2-1/2 hours). The airport was closed and there was 3 feet of water on the field at County Stadium.
