Warmup on Tap for Dallas

Dallas-area residents will continue to dodge raindrops and thunderstorms into Monday, but a midweek warmup is on the way.
The thunderstorms are possible Monday afternoon and could disrupt any outdoor activities. If outdoors, people should be on the alert for approaching dark clouds and listen for thunder in the distance.

After a struggle to get out the 50s over the weekend, it will turn warmer on Monday with a high about 65 degrees F, right at normal levels for this time of year in Dallas.
Sunshine and breezy conditions will follow Tuesday through Thursday with highs starting in the low 70s on Tuesday.
Highs will climb into the low 80s by Wednesday, which would be about 20 degrees F above normal. A run at 90 F is possible on Thursday.
It will turn a bit cooler on Friday but it will stay in the upper 70s.
