From historic weather events like last year's Superstorm Sandy to the dramatic floods that plagued central Colorado earlier this summer and the massive wildfires now sweeping through parts of Australia, the signs of the Earth's changing climate – events many climate scientists have warned could come to pass – are becoming clearer.
The Climate Reality Project, a recently-launched effort devoted to "unleashing a global cultural movement demanding action on the climate crisis," as its website describes, released the following videos that tell the story of how climate change is forever altering some of the world's most cherished places, cultures, and communities
