While the weather pattern will be free of storms around Seattle through this week, light winds will lead to lingering fog each day.
The fog will cause some travel difficulties, including the chance of some flight delays. The persistent stagnant air may also cause difficulties for folks with respiratory problems.
The fog will be most dense and extensive during the late-night and morning hours but can stick around into the afternoon in some locations.
The duration of fog and low clouds will hold temperatures back during the day.
