Unseasonable warmth will continue through Sunday, but the weekend will end with the potential for downpours and locally gusty storms.
Highs will generally be in the 80s through Sunday.
Spotty showers and thunderstorms will wander through the area through Saturday.

The greatest risk for disruptive, long-lasting downpours and strong thunderstorms will occur Sunday evening as a front arrives from the Midwest. Weather could impact play during game three of the Cardinals/Pirates series in Pittsburgh.

The same system is forecast to bring severe weather, including the risk of tornadoes over parts of the Plains and Midwest into Saturday.
So far, moisture from Karen is forecast to ride up to the east of Pittsburgh on Monday. Only a slower-moving front and Karen making landfall farther west in Louisiana would torrential tropical rain reach Pittsburgh or the Laurel Highlands.
