This Thursday at 4 p.m. EDT, the newest edition of AccuWeather LIVE will look ahead to the upcoming winter season.
Stef Davis will host a segment with SnowCountry.com's Tom Horrocks to discuss where to plan your ski vacations this year, in conjunction with our winter forecast. Horrock will explain what conditions make for the best skiing, when to purchase your gear to get the best deal and what some of his favorite resorts across the country are.
In Violeta Yas' Weather Why, she'll discuss whether or not there is any truth to the myth behind the wooly bear caterpillar's ability to predict winter.
Mark Mancuso will go over some of the best fan photos of the week, including some beautiful shots of the snow that has already embraced portions of the country.
