Seattle: Showers Return Late This Week

A wet weather pattern will return to Seattle as a series of weak storm systems creeps in from the Pacific during the second half of the week.
The first wave of showers will approach the region on Wednesday, creeping into the city and surrounding areas from the south.

Steadier periods of rain are expected to overtake the region by Wednesday night, lingering during the day and evening on Thursday.
Temperatures will hover in the lower 50s during the day Thursday, with nighttime lows dipping into the lower 40s while periods of rain impact the region.
The wet weather will continue on Friday.

Saturday will be damp and cool, so grab an umbrella and a jacket if you are headed out to watch the Oregon State Beavers face off against the Washington Huskies at Husky Stadium.
The end of the weekend is expected to remain wet with periods of rain during the day on Sunday and lingering in to the evening, before drier conditions arrive for Monday.
