Stormy First Week of June for Detroit

 fter Detroit saw pleasant conditions for the first day of June, stormy weather will quickly follow and is expected to last through midweek.
Temperatures will continue to rise through the beginning of the week with highs reaching the mid-80s on Monday. Thunderstorms and rain showers will persist throughout the evening Monday.

Tuesday will be breezy and and warm with a shower and thunderstorm around. However, it will turn mostly sunny in the afternoon with highs staying in the low 80s.
The Detroit Tigers will host the Toronto Blue Jays Tuesday evening in the first game of a three-game series at Comerica Park. First pitch is set for 7:08 p.m. EDT and good conditions should be in store for baseball.

Storms will return to Detroit again on Wednesday, with rain and drizzle expected to persist into the evening hours. Highs will drop down into the mid-70s.
A break from the stormy weather will come on Thursday with partly sunny skies and highs in the low 70s.
