A summerlike pattern will continue over the Metroplex for the foreseeable future with a chance of thunderstorms through most of the week.
Daytime highs will remain in the low to mid-90s through Friday.
A strong thunderstorm is possible on Tuesday with a continued chance of showers and thunderstorms into Friday.
Residents should take necessary precautions for changing weather conditions and seek shelter if thunder is heard.
Fireworks displays in the Metroplex could be affected Thursday night by a chance of thunderstorms but conditions should be better for Independence Day on Friday.
