Clouds and rain will make way for sunshine and warmer air in Seattle as the month of June comes to a close.
Friday's rainfall will continue into Saturday. Mostly cloudy, showers are possible throughout the day and the high should reach the mid-60s for the first full day of the weekend.
The consistent clouds and rainfall are a contributing factor to the lower than normal temperatures.
Relief is in store, however, as the showers will clear by Saturday night and make way for a partly sunny Sunday.

Temperatures should slightly increase to the upper 60s as the last of the clouds move out. Night will bring clear skies and a low in the mid-50s.
To kick off next week, Seattle will have a pleasant, seasonable sunny day with temperatures reaching the mid-70s. The sunny skies will stretch on as Tuesday could see a high near 80 F.
