Showers may make an appearance at several of this year's World Series games in both Kansas City and in San Francisco.
Those headed to game two on Wednesday may want to bring a raincoat or poncho; however, as a few showers and thunderstorms may move into the Kansas City area during the game.

As the series heads west to San Francisco late in the week, the chance of rain will increase, making fans in the Bay Area reach for their rain gear.
While neither game three on Friday night or game four on Saturday night look to be a complete washout, some rain is in the forecast for each game.

The timing and intensity of the rain all depends on the exact track that a storm system to the north takes. In one scenario, the storm would deliver a swath of steady rain to the area, while the second scenario would only bring a few showers.
In either case, fans planning to attend the games should prepare for the wet weather.

If the series goes beyond four games, it appears as though dry conditions will win out, both in San Francisco and Kansas City.
