A developing nor'easter will bring some rain and wind to the Philadelphia area during the middle part of the week.
While the worst of the storm, wind-swept rain and coastal flooding, will target New England and neighboring Canada, rounds of rain and increasing winds are in store for areas farther south in the mid-Atlantic.
Gusty winds may make use of an umbrella difficult into Thursday. Flight delays due to gusty winds from the north and northwest are possible.

Know when rain will hit by using AccuWeather's MinuteCast™. It has the minute-by-minute forecast for your exact location. Type your city name, select MinuteCast, and input your street address. On mobile, you can also use your GPS location.
The combination of rain, wind and other conditions will cause AccuWeather RealFeel® temperatures to dip into the 40s at times.
There is good news for people with outdoor or travel plans this weekend. The storm will weaken and move away, allowing sunshine and moderating temperatures. However, winds may kick up again on Sunday as a disturbance swings through.
