After a warm and mild start to the week on Monday, temperatures will take a significant drop right in time for the weekend.
Temperatures will drop nearly ten degrees from Monday into Tuesday, bringing cooler weather to the city.
High temperatures from Tuesday through Thursday will remain in the upper 50s to low 60s. Overnight temperatures will range from the high 30s to the high 40s.
At least partially sunny skies will be present in Atlanta for every weekday this week.
On Friday temperatures will warm back up and reach the low 70s, before dropping yet again on Saturday.
Cooler weather will be in store for the weekend with Sunday being the coolest day of the weekend with a high temperature of 54 degrees.

Despite the chilly air, Sunday will bring back some sun to the city, after some rain on Saturday is possible.
Heading into next week temperatures will remain cool as some showers move into the area.
