Midweek Warmup for Pittsburgh Precedes Another Cooldown

After a cold morning Monday, temperatures will rebound 30 to 40 degrees to seasonable levels by Wednesday afternoon around Pittsburgh, Pa.
Temperatures started the day Monday in the 20s and lower 30s around area.
Highs are forecast to be in the 50s on Tuesday, then in the 60s on Wednesday, which is above normal.

A cool front will cross the area Thursday with some rain and should sweep through Thursday night into Friday with some wind.

The air behind that front is not as chilly as being experienced to start this week. While it will get blustery behind the front Thursday night and Friday, winds will not be quite as strong as which occurred last Friday. Still flight delays are possible due to crosswinds on some of the runways.
