A break from the chill will arrive for Detroit at midweek, but with the milder temperatures will also come rain.
Temperatures will climb to 59 degrees on Wednesday. Highs in the middle 50s and lows in the upper 30s are common in Detroit during early November.

The mild air will prevail through Wednesday, but umbrellas will once again be needed as a storm system returns rain and gusty winds to the region.
While widespread wind damage is not expected, wind gusts could become briefly strong enough Wednesday night for isolated tree damage and power outages as the storm's cold front passes through.
In the front's wake, another blast of colder air will follow for late week.
