After a chilly end to the workweek in Detroit, more cold air and some precipitation are in store through the weekend.
On Friday, skies will be partly sunny with highs reaching only the middle to the upper 40s. Highs in the middle 50s and lows in the upper 30s are common in Detroit during early November.

Saturday will yield warmer temperatures in the low 50s, but morning showers will make for a damp, cooler-feeling afternoon.
As sunny skies return on Sunday, the city will have an opportunity to dry out. The day will be windy, however, making the temperature feel colder than the high of 47 degrees.
Wintry weather will arrive next week, with the possibility of snow on one or more days.
