The midwinter chill that moved into the area this week will be a distant memory by the weekend.
Afternoon RealFeel® temperatures will soar back into the upper 50s on Friday before reaching the lower 60s this weekend. It will be dry both Friday and Saturday, but clouds will limit sunshine from time to time.
The tranquil weather will complement walks to nearby parks and restaurants. It would be a great time for sightseers to visit Old City and everything else Philadelphia has to offer.

On Sunday, an advancing storm could bring an afternoon shower, but the rain should not be significant enough to warrant canceling outdoor plans. However, an umbrella could be handy.
The same storm will bring a much steadier, wind-driven rain to the city late Sunday night into Monday morning.
