The coldest air of the season so far will roll into western Pennsylvania, West Virgina, western Maryland and Ohio by early Tuesday.

High temperatures will fail to climb to the 40-degree mark for a couple of days. Gusty winds will contribute to AccuWeather.com RealFeel® temperatures in the upper 20s.
Overnight lows will plummet into the 20s, so people will want to bundle up.

The chance for light snow will occur with the arrival of colder air.
"As the cold front comes through Monday evening, there will be a period of rain and snow changing to all snow later Monday night," AccuWeather.com Meteorologist Andy Mussoline said. "Little or no accumulation is expected, with any accumulations likely on grassy or non-paved surfaces."
As even colder air settles into the region on Tuesday, some lake-effect snow showers are possible.
