After experiencing snow and RealFeel® temperatures in the teens Tuesday, a warming trend is in store for Cleveland for the balance of the week into the weekend.
The next storm system will bring rain and not snow or ice to the region.
The first phase of the warmup will be accompanied by a stiff wind from the west and southwest Wednesday and Thursday will feel harsh.
As a result, it will feel much colder than the actual temperature.
