College bowl games continue this week with eight match-ups to break up the weekday grind. Weather will certainly play a role for many teams, as conditions are more unsettled than last week.
The football week will kick off Monday as Fresno State takes on SMU at 8:00 p.m. ET for the Sheraton Hawaii Bowl at Aloha Stadium in Honolulu. After a shower around 6:00 p.m., game time will see mostly cloudy skies. The temperature will be around 78 degrees F with a RealFeel® temperature of 82 degrees F.
Teams take a break Tuesday before the Little Caesar Bowl on Wednesday where Western Kentucky takes on Central Michigan at 7:30 p.m. Ford Field, in Detroit, is a dome, so the real weather impacts will be for tailgaters. Skies will be cloudy with a leftover flurry possible, or some drizzle and a temperature of 28 degrees F.
Thursday is a busy day for football fans, with three games on the agenda. First up is the Military Bowl at 3:00 p.m. ET when San Jose St. takes on Bowling Green. The game will be played at RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C., and will be met with periods of clouds and sun, and gusty winds. The temperature will be 45 degrees F with a Real Feel® of only 33 degrees F.
The Belk Bowl will begin at 6:30 p.m., in Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C. As Cincinnati takes on Duke, skies will be partly cloudy with a temperature of 40 degrees F.
Thursday will close with the Holiday Bowl at 9:45 p.m., at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego. Baylor will take on UCLA under partly cloudy skies with a mild temperature of 54 degrees F.
The weekend will begin with the Advocare V100 Independence Bowl at 2:00 p.m. ET Friday. Ohio will take on Louisiana-Monroe at Independence Stadium in Shreveport, La. Cloudy skies and a chance for a shower or two exists in the afternoon. The temperature will be a comfortable 55 degrees F.
Rutgers will take on Virginia Tech at the Russell Athletic Bowl in Orlando, Fla., at 5:30 p.m. Partly cloudy skies will be present at kick off with a temperature of 71 degrees F.
Finally, the Meineke Car Care Bowl will begin at 9:00 p.m., at Reliant Stadium in Houston. Minnesota will battle Texas Tech under partly to mostly cloudy skies with a mild temperature of 64 degrees F.
