Hurricane Dora traveled an incredible 6,400 miles across the Pacific
Ocean back in August of 1999. Dora started in the eastern Pacific Basin
and passed south of Hawaii in the central Pacific Basin before crossing
the International Date Line into the western Pacific Basin.
