On Sunday, high winds forced officials to postpone the rowing events to Monday. Tennis play was also delayed on Sunday due to wind.
Rain caused delays to tennis play and rowing on Wednesday.
Drier conditions will arrive by Thursday, but winds could still be an issue for some events.

Detailed Rio de Janeiro forecast

As beach volleyball preliminaries continue on Thursday, the light wind could make for less-than-ideal conditions.
Rio is predicted to stay dry on Friday in time for the start of the track events.
"Friday will be the nicest day of the week with seasonable temperatures and sunny skies," Miller said.
Temperatures will begin to rise heading into the weekend, and humidity will build over the region.

"Sunday will really be a warm day with highs near 80 F (26 C)," Miller said. "That will be the start of a stretch of dry weather that lasts into early next week."
However, conditions will stay dry for weekend track, tennis and rowing events.
But as events continue early next week, rain could lead to additional delays. Miller said spotty showers and even a thunderstorm could unfold on Tuesday.
