Atlanta: Seasonable Weather to Hold Into Next Week

The trend of seasonable summer weather will continue in the Atlanta area into the first half of next week.
Both Saturday and Sunday will feature highs in the upper 80s to near 90 F with an afternoon thunderstorm around each day.

"Temperatures will drop a few degrees early next week as clouds and showers become more frequent," said AccuWeather Meteorologist Jordan Root.
This translates to highs in the lower to middle 80s for Monday and Tuesday rather than near 90.
"However, this will be short lived as temperatures are expected to build back to near 90 toward the middle of the week."

The chance for spotty afternoon storms will continue through the first part of next week despite the slight drop in temperatures.
