Following midweek warmth around Philadelphia, a southern storm could spread wind and rain along the Atlantic coast on Thursday into Friday.
Temperatures will rebound to near- to slightly above-seasonable levels during the middle of the week. Typical highs during late April are in the upper 60s.
Tuesday and Wednesday will be the best bet for outdoor activities as a storm could track close by with some rain toward the end of the week.

How much rain falls and how windy the weather turns Thursday into Friday will depend on the path of a storm forecast to strengthen along the Carolina coast.
If the storm tracks more to the north, rather than out to sea, a windswept rain can fall in place of spotty showers later Thursday into Friday, along with significantly lower temperatures. A storm track near the coast could mean conditions similar to a modest nor'easter with the associated travel delays.
Regardless of the storm path, the weather will improve for the coming weekend.
