Much of Germany will get a shower or thunderstorm during the middle of the week as unsettled weather continues.
An area of low pressure exiting Germany to the east and a weak cold front approaching from the northwest will trigger showers and thunderstorms.
The area of low pressure lifting from southern Germany into Poland on Wednesday will cause showers and thunderstorms from Stuttgart and Munich to Dresden and Leipzig.

Thunderstorms are expected to remain just south and east of Berlin, where there will be a mixture of clouds and sunshine with temperatures near 24 C (75 F) in the afternoon.
Some of the thunderstorms can produce torrential downpours, resulting in a heightened risk for flooding. The greatest threat for flooding will be across Bavaria.
Overall, the weather will improve across the south and east on Thursday with largely dry conditions and seasonable temperatures.
