Slightly above-normal temperatures will highlight this week in the Dallas area.
The normal high temperature is 84 degrees F; the daytime high will climb to above that most of the week.

Warm air will be pumped into the Metroplex on southerly winds. Several days this week could make a run at 90 degrees F.
It will be a great time for outdoor activities including the finale of the Texas Rangers' current homestand at Globe Life Park on Tuesday and Wednesday against the Seattle Mariners.
Memorial Day weekend also looks to be warm and dry with highs again in the upper 80s.
The next chance of rain is possible on Tuesday after the long holiday weekend.
