After temperatures rose over the weekend, conditions in Atlanta will remain consistently warm for most of the week.
Highs are expected to be in the mid-80s this week and sunny skies are in the forecast for each day, although some clouds will move in to the region on Wednesday.
The Atlanta Braves will host the St. Louis Cardinals in a three-game series continuing into Wednesday. The games will be played in the evening and fans should not experience any weather-related delays.
It appears that the storm threatening the Plains with severe weather later this week will not impact the Atlanta area through Friday.
Looking ahead to next weekend, a slight cool down will occur on Saturday with temperatures moving down into the 70s and showers possible.
