Despite the week starting off on a wet note, it was no indication of how the week would play out as dry conditions dominate central California.
Each day through Friday will feature ample sunshine and highs in the lower to middle 60s F in San Francisco, which is typical for the middle of November.

The sunny days will be followed up by clear nights, perfect conditions for stargazers heading outside to view the Taurid meter shower, which peaks this week.
However, people heading out to view the meteor shower may want to take a coat or sweatshirt with them as temperatures dip down into the 40s.

People planning to spend time in the outdoors this weekend may want to do so on Saturday as Sunday will bring the next chance of rain.
This rain will likely move into the Bay Area late Saturday night and last into the early afternoon before drying out on Sunday night.
Not only will the rain be accompanied by thick cloud cover, but also cooler weather as temperatures dip down to 60.
