Spain: Plenty of Sun in Store for Mild Weekend

Calm, warm weather is in store for most of Spain this weekend.
While spotty rain is expected on the northeastern coast, the rest of the country will experience mild conditions with temperatures up to 3 degrees Celsius (10 degrees Fahrenheit) above average for this time of the year.
Spotty showers may fall in Bilboa on Saturday.

"High pressure will build over the weekend and bring dry conditions to the region," AccuWeather Meteorologist Rob Richards said.
Skies will be mostly sunny, ideal for spending time outdoors.
In Madrid, temperatures will hit near 15 C (60 F) Saturday and Sunday.

From Malaga to Valencia, temperatures will rise up to 20 C (upper 80s F) with plenty of sunshine.
"The high pressure will keep the rain away as the same air mass holds temperatures higher than normal," Richards said.
The conditions will make for ideal weather for fans heading to Santiago Bernabéu Stadium to watch Éibar take on Real Madrid on Sunday.
