Following storms to start the week, instead of cooler air sweeping in, the weather pattern will deliver weather conditions more typical of late July to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Pacific style air will move in at midweek, while sunshine goes to work on the not-so-cool air mass.
Those wanting summer weather will get their wish as the warmth will stick around.
Air conditioners and fans will get a workout. Those partaking in vigorous physical activity will need to slow down during the midday and afternoon hours. Remember to increase your intake of fluids as the temperature climbs.
