Early in the week, high temperatures will hover near 20 F, plunging Cleveland into a deep freeze through the week with AccuWeather RealFeel ® temperatures around zero degrees Fahrenheit.
"A clipper storm will bring the potential for a few inches of snow into Tuesday," AccuWeather.com Senior Meteorologist Dave Samuhel said.
