Dry and cool weather moving in for the first few days of autumn.
A cool front moved through early Sunday bringing up to half an inch of rain in about three hours. But in the wake of the front dry weather will move in.
Things dried out for folks heading to Foxboro, Mass. for the Patriots game against the Buccaneers Sunday afternoon.

Temperatures settle in the low to mid 60s Monday and will continue through the middle of the week with sunshine overhead each day.
Dry weather is expected to remain in place as high pressure holds over the Northeast through the week. The next chance for wet weather will not reach New England until late in the weekend.
